Stravingrad is the cold capital of the Tsardom of Zharitov. The home of the ballet and various dances that test a dancer's ability against gravity.

Architecture
Algid Palace
At the center of this city is a palace with icy blue walls and foggy windows. It towers above the homes like a watchful guardian. The Algid Palace is home to the Stravinsky family and is where Zhari nobility and commoners gather around to party on special occasions.
Koldovsto University
The Koldovsto University belongs to the Arcane League
Geography
The area is set on a plain with few hills. Spruce and fir trees sprinkle around the area.
Natural Resources
The Johansky River flows through the town as a freshwater supply.
