Bunny Session 3
General Summary
23rd of Late Hollow, 1725
The latest member of the Party, Johny Goodfellow, faceplants onto the dirt after attempting to fly with his barely vestigial wings. The party notices that Kordrus smiled for once while peeling potatoes with Babushka in the tavern. They then receive a letter from Professor Ledrikiir, a member of the divination department in the Arcane League. He needs assistance to find missing students that went into the Folkridge Woods. The Bunnies are to take the teleportation circle in the Koldovsto University to reach the Locktuse University in Oceania.
While walking inside the halls of Koldovsto University in Stravingrad, the Bunnies found a half-elf and black dragonborn professors getting in a heated argument. Tazerface successfully flirted Professor Kelvorak, the black dragonborn, into heading to his office. Professor Denitry, the half-elf, would attempt to sneak off. He would only greet the Bunnies who demanded answers. After a period of bickering, Professor Denitry reveals he's been trying to contact Kordgelle but has only received silence. Kelvorak suggests he's worried that Denitry will try getting into messier ways of obtaining eldritch knowledge. Kelvorak would become knocked out while Denitry would flee via illusion trickery.
Once the Bunnies were teleported to Oceania, Ledrikiir points out that a divination class was practicing search and rescue operations in the Folkridge Woods. After a brief period of no responses, the department tried finding the students and their scrying only revealed nothing. So the group headed out into the woods and discovered a path that offshoots from the trail to a small abandoned village. After ringing the bell, the Bunnies discovered that they had transported to Tabith's realm, and because they were not in Florenelle, it would explain why the students couldn't be found, as scrying requires both parties to be on the same plane of existence. The Bunnies found the students and brought them safely home.
One of the students, Savina Vicario, said she was a friend of Kordrus. She believed her studies get in the way of seeing him and is why she moved away from Belmari.
After defeating an ethereal wraith while in the outer parts of the Crypt, the party took its metallic skull and would sell it to Ledrikiir, who would also provide it to the conjuration department. They'd also take the bell to Morskaya so no one would ring it again.
Back home, they found a ghostly mimicry of Babushka that put a wicker basket of potatoes on the tavern's front door and she disappeared. After snooping in his journal, Peep, a guild member of the Bunnies, believes Kordrus is responsible for the strange happenings in Belmari and the ghostly vision of Babushka to the Party.
The Bunnies then plan on sending Kordrus to the University, where he can be sent off to the Locktuse University to be with Savina. He happily accepts, but the Bunnies went to the Opalsprig Bank so Johny could withdraw enough money from his father's account to pay for the college expenses.
