A small village next to a fortress in the north east west of Elderan, located deep in the Silver Woodlands at the base of the Silver Mountains.
It is positioned above an entrance to the Underdark, both acting as a trade station and a defence against attack.
Government:
Banevae is governed by a Prefect appointed by the Kingdom of Lorth’elon.
Defence:
The town is defended by a large garrison of the Silver Hand, the local guard of the Kingdom of Lorth’elon.
Commerce:
Banevae has a large amount of trade passing through it, to and from the Underdark, giving it access to rare and exotic goods. It also has a small lumber trade.
Geography:
The village is located at the edge of the forest, between it and the mountain, it is surrounded by a stone wall with a few wood and stone buildings inside.
Slightly north of the village is a large metal gate that lies over a tunnel entrance leading below the mountain, attached to the stone fortress to its right.
