Embre
Embre is a small growing city with a stone 4 metre high wall around it - that has only a small area of the city that appears rebuilt, the rest is relivately new. Embre is located part way along the eastern edge of Seekers Moor, within the region of Munlef in Malnax.

No one speaks of the history of the city.
The small city boosts of having residence of various races - mainly Minotaur, Tiefling, Dragonborn, Changeling and Genasi.
CITY HALL
The stone building has been partially built from the rocks of The Seekers. It is used for stage shows, council meetings and indoor entertainment.Goat's Market
There are no goats sold at the market.
MARKET GUARD = Ceseda - female blue Dragonborn Guard - Lawful Neutral. She walks amongst the stalls, keeping a close eye on the transactions. Ceseda has dust-covered blue scales and green eyes, and wears glasses with pewter rims. She wears green leather armour shirt and wields a flail.

TRAP & HOOK Stall = Rillo Stogdill - male Half-Elf - sells Hunting & Fishing equipment (appears for the weekend market days) - Rillo is sleek, shady, slimy and cunning - auburn hair slicked back and dark small hazel eyes. He wears a black leather open vest over a brownish-orange shirt and dark brown trousers, with several small tools hang from his belt - Rillo will purchase monster teeth for a silver coin each - careful to never get caught up in anything he can be arrested for.

Rillo was a slaver - he is in the city trying to 'collect' new Genasi to be slaves.
Feral Playground
On the edge of the city, the only piece not under the shadow of Droplet Island, there is an open space for children, and even adults, to play in mud and on natural-formed play areas - fallen logs, shallow creek, sandpit, rocky dry bed. There are some young black goats, small wild cats, Feathered Rabbit and chickens of a variety of colours, who come and go through the gap in the wall (which has wire gate closed over it at night)Embre Bank
Feina - female Aasimar banker - Feina is tall, with pale white skin, white-blonde hair, and pale blue eyes - pregnant - she wears fine clothing thast reveil her growing belly - wields a club - known to also be skilled with a sickle blade and a dagger.

Once an urchin on the streets of Low, just outside Jeyton City, Feina has helped build the profitable side of the city, from the beginning. Rumour says Feina was once an adventurer, however settled in Embre after Footfall murdered her whole family.
Mellow & Soak
BathhouseA calm space with honey coloured exterior and interior stone walls. For privacy, all windows at ground level are thick stain glass.
Owner = Ananné - one representee of the council of Women - owner of Bathhouse - Female Tiefling Professional. Ananné has a purple tint to her skin, short curved tan horns, thinning grey hair and hazel eyes, and a smile that looks malevolent due to numerous broken teeth. She wears thin, revealing, expensive clothing and an amulet of luminous crystal. Ananné is thought to be flirtatious, frugal and charming.
SPECK'S WINES
Drinking Wines SellerSpeck Grina - Goblin Wineseller - has an angular face, with dull silver hair and ruby coloured eyes - wears travel-stained clothing and several pouches hang from her belt. Speck claims that their wines provide all the sustenance for anyone needs. Not keen on the idea of wasting wine in cooking. Sells many exotic wines, including Milk Thistle Wine and NutMilk Wine.
Speck is a spy for the Axeburn.
The Shrine of The Black Dragon
A cauldron over an old well for the appeasing of Kilberth - the Black Dragon who caused the destruction of Sabry - the well drops the offerings into the lair where Kilberth once resided - those of the Circle of Ten fear Kilberth's return (never mentioned to anyone else).Jewellers' Ward
Glimmer's Silver
Silver JewelerGlimmer Cirron - male Earth Genasi Craftsman - Glimmer dislikes nicknames - Glimmer has skin that appears greyish-white, that has specks of glimmer in certain light - eyes look like liquid silver, and a small mouth - wears light blue tunic over navy trousers - when out of the store wears a fancy, mid-purple cloak. Glimmer has an animal companion, a musically inclined parroket named Neana.

Gemstone JewelerWoda Dimaprit - Female Minotaur - Woda has copper fur and shiny green eyes - a rarely shown malevolent-looking smile of sharpened teeth - wears modest garments and a hidden tribe amulet. Woda dislikes physical contact.

Art Menagerie
Art Gallery It is a small square brick building with smooth stone pillars standing beside the double doors of the main entrance. It has skylights in the foyer, although the gallery is designed to protect the art from fading in sunlight.An art gallery is a place where one can see and buy artworks by emerging, established or master artists. There are physical galleries, where exhibitions are held in a physical space.
OWNER = Flux - Air Genasi - art collector - married to the artist Juna Fulner
Juna Fulner - Tiefling - plays with shadowing in sunlight and moonlight.

Flux had been employed at Punaworat Gallery until a disagreement over what constitutes as art, and the gallery hiding away violent looking art from a study of the Tempil Epoch. Also travelled with Juna, to Near & Far Art Gallery in Farr City (The Court Ward).

Glass Blower & Glass ArtistNext door to the Art Gallery is a brick building with stained glass windows. Inside sells glass ornaments, vases, jewelry, and window hangings - mainly of Fey creatures.

Government
Two factions openly consult each other to equally control the city - the Council of Women and a court of aristocrats - jointly known as the Circle of Ten.
* They regular receive threats from Axeburn - who wish to destroy the city due to the races within the walls.

Sabry was governed by a council of elders, known by the same name.
History
1312AG = the village of Sabry was established on the edge of The Moor, which rested beneath the Floating Isle - Droplet Island.
1368AG = The Moor's ground had blackened and changed from living in the shadow of Droplet Island. People came to refer to it as The Black Moor (even written as such on some maps).
1420AG = Amber Mage took over the Black Turret
1423AG = Sabry became ruins - at the time it was home to around 320 people.
Sabry once was a village that stood on the edge of what was then called The Black Moor.
It was destroyed by an angry black dragon (Kilberth)
* Kilberth swears the villagers were trying to steal his hoard
* Goats still roam The Moor (no longer cursed)
* People had no chance to run
* Dragon Council looked into incident - Kilberth has yet to return to be brought before them.
1425AG = The Black Moor renamed Seekers Moor
The name was suggested by the adventuring party known as The Seekers, after they destroyed the Amber Tower.
1428AG = The first buildings for the new city, later named Embre, were started.
1430AG = Embre held an official opening cermony - at the City Hall.

A few large black goats graze wildly inside and outside the city walls. These Giant Goats have Black wool - light grey spiral horns.
