Punaworat artesian water fountain stands in the entrance of the Punaworat - which is a elegant art gallery and auction house of Kellos City. Smooth marble walls with great lighting.

Punaworat means "mastery of creativity" - it is an art gallery and auction house near the centre of the City.

Loic Helim (Sunrayin Human) - dark skin, black hair, brown eyes; passionate, flamboyant male who loves art and collections; loves sharing his passions;
Mogaon Silface (elf) blonde hair and pale blue eyes; very elegant dresses, feathered head pieces and high collars; white tattoo on forehead that looks stunning; very serious and dislikes children;


ART
The art gallery and auction house has already developed a strong reputation as one of the premier locations in all of Esau. Main collections of paintings, porcelains, jade carvings, tapestries and written words (non of which are made by magic means). Displays a diverse range of art and artifacts from all over the world.

ARTISTS
Bae Squirl
A mixed race Gnome-Earth Genasi. Bae Squirl is an artist who displays much of their stone and rock creations in Punaworat Gallery. Most famous is the seahorse made of Oōruritē. Their residence is unknown.

Empress Gaia Julianna
The wife of Emporer Arsenio is a female Naga, reknown for her pencil and charcoal drawings.

History

In The Vault, is a few pieces of violent looking art from the Tempil Epoch period - which has been long hidden, and mostly forgotten - so not to be destroyed.
