Halfling owned and run - Daisett Dodrse - blames everything on trolls. She is tired, stressed and bitter.

Description = The inn is a grand two storey building of stone walls, with a small walled yard and garden. Can see over Accommodations consist of several small rooms with beds and woolen mattresses.Note: Daisett Dodrse - She is the younger sister of three brothers ... their Halfling father owned and run the Tavern, as the family had for 5 generations before. Her eldest brother took over the business only 2 years before. The younger brother had been surfing at Tross Beach - that was the first sign of the Sea Trolls. The Trolls had become an issues and the eldest brother went with the Military to cease the encroachment from the sea. No one survived. The middle Brother returned with his pregnant wife only 4 months ago, but he was unable to run the tavern due to the mess to his mind from crossing te he Black Moor. Daisett now has a fearful, ill brother, his fussy wife and the new crying baby to cope with, along with the Tavern to run.

The Eldritch Order
These mages, wearing dark grey hooded robes, study the dark magic of the Eldritch Magic and the Elder Evils from the Elder Days. The runes on their wrists are bloodrune tattoos - "The Flayed": a design like an eye with lines spreading from the centre.Their influence is hidden in some of the dark secrets and unspoken pacts throughout Esau.
History
The history of the settlement is clouded in mysterious incidents and superstitions. A few artifacts found in and around the Elder, point to it having been a location important to the followers of Sharran and other Elder Evils.
Elder is rumoured to be the birthplace of Zav'gon The Horned One (a Tarrasque).

In the sea of Ibis Bay, often seen at Black Beach, are Sea Trolls:-
Scrags (also known as marine trolls, aquatic trolls, sea scrags, and sea trolls) were an aquatic version of troll.
There were two varieties: freshwater trolls and saltwater trolls.
Loathsome Limbs variant - person can lop off the troll’s arms, legs and head—and they keep fighting independently! Not only that, the troll can grab them and reattach them! limbs move 5ft per turn. Claws and mouth can still attack.

Visual = DC 15 Wisdom (Perception) check notices that the troll’s limbs are covered with a dozen fat leeches. These leeches are dormant, but awaken and detach as soon as the limb they are attached to is severed.Detached leeches crawl hungrily towards the characters. Each of the troll’s arms and legs have three leeches attached to it. These leeches (use stirge statistics), with a swimming speed of 40 feet - no flight. Can Jump!
