R.I.S.E.
Quite considerably the most influential, non-governmental organization on the entire world of Erlyse, the guild of R.I.S.E., which stands for the Reticent Independent Society of the Empowered, serves as a form of employer and management agency for all individuals upon Erlyse who have acquired special powers from the discovery of a Ley Font. This guild is present in nearly all nations across the globe, with numerous chapters in each that serve as places of sanctuary for the empowered heroes that scour the lands to protect civilization from threats that the various world governments would be taxed with handling, as well as places where individuals or organizations can request the services of those heroes. R.I.S.E. has a rather strong, positive reputation among the masses, but there are some rare individuals who do not trust them, believing there to be conspiracies in the works beyond the sight of the average citizen and that the guild knows a vast amount more about the history of Erlyse and the powers of the Ley than they provide to any one entity outside of the organization.

R.I.S.E. permanently employs numerous individuals across Erlyse that wield extraordinary abilities gifted to them by the powers of the Ley. They also employ agents which serve as intermediaries with governments or clientele that wish to hire the guild, or serve as information gatherers on both threats to the world or gaining intel on the abilities of an empowered individual who has not yet allied themselves with the guild. There are multitudes of small chapter headquarters throughout the world, which usually report to larger offices in major cities or capitals. The guild does not employ enforcers or any standing army of their own, as usually just a few empowered individuals are enough to sway the outcome of all sorts of events.
