A charismatic, seemingly idealistic individual, Leranas has displayed a rather aggressive level of ambition to reach the status he has within R.I.S.E. by the age he is. Leranas is the Eczar of Ourobos, and is thus the individual who currently works as the overseer for all operations, assets and interests on the continent. While he has a fairly enchanting personality that has earned him the approval of most folks, he also gives off the aura of someone who knows far more than he first lets on once someone is around him enough. Part of that has been his impeccable career, as ever since he obtained a position of leadership within the guild by taking charge of the chapter of R.I.S.E. in Geserlin Fortress of Ethaesca, his decisions have always played out to work in his and the guild's favor. Some believe this to be luck, others believe it to be his natural talent in assessing circumstances and threat factors, while others such as Gable Harande predict there to be more sinister details involved and some form of conspiracy Leranas is operating.
