Consul
Title provided to individuals who oversee and operate specific R.I.S.E. chapters located in various cities across all of Erlyse. These individuals are dedicated to organizing operations and assistance to the population of citizens in their area via accepting tasks and assignments given by both the guild and requested by civilians, and then assigning heroes or agents to said task based on the available help in the area, time sensitivity of the task, and perceived difficulty of the objectives. Consuls may request assistance from any member of R.I.S.E., and thus are privy to information regarding the capabilities of all assets of the guild, though there may be time required for travel in order for the best suited help to arrive to deal with said tasks at hand.
