Kaur Rebane

(a.k.a. "Aerial")

Kaur is one of the few empowered people on Erlyse who actually continuously carries his Ley Focus with him at all times, though this is not willingly. The artifact which imbues him with powers is a gemstone that technically has a will of its own (and scholars believe it could be a form of undeveloped Djinn) and invaded his body to fuse with his spine not far from his heart. This stone gives him complete domain over anything related to the atmosphere of his surroundings, which he has learned to wield with an impressive understanding of physics that the rest of the world just does not have the capacity technologically to do so themselves. He serves as the primary messenger and courier for R.I.S.E., but is also a very dangerous fighter of his own right and has an exemplary record for how he diffuses conflicts peacefully.

Powers

• One of very few individuals on all of Erlyse able to fly freely, as he creates a type of ‘lift’ with the use of an air vortex, which can propel him up to some rather insane speeds.
• Has extremely micro managerial control over all air or other gases in a large radius from his body. This allows him to:
• Control wind, including its direction, intensity, and air temperature (to a lesser degree).
• Control the molecules that comprise a certain section of his vicinity, which can allow him to even relocate oxygen molecules from the air others breathe if he so desires. (This is how he typically subdues opponents or peacefully resolves other conflicts.)
• Create spheres of breathable air for others inside hazardous environments, which includes underwater up to a respectable depth.
• Form projectiles of compressed air used for various purposes, such as knocking out an enemy, punching holes through objects (or people), or when using his air temperature control: to freeze or ignite other objects.Capable of altering sound waves passing through his sphere of influence. This allows him a limited set of stealth options.
