Songkran Bokeo

(a.k.a. "Nirvana Ring")

One of the premiere, and most exemplary members of R.I.S.E., Songkran wields an artifact he has titled the “Halo of Nitukhir”, which is a large chakram like ring of unknown origin that magnetized itself to his Ki to the point it moves with him as it were a part of his body, and empowered his reserves of spiritual energy to a so far immeasurable level. The disc hovers along his upper back, and is capable of conjuring a host of powerful, spiritual arms that look to be hewn from divinely crafted alabaster to aid him in combat. They are practically unhindered by the weight of objects they manipulate, and can extend up to fifteen meters from his position. Each individual arm is also blessed with a unique ability all of its own, which makes Songkran quite possibly the most versatile member of R.I.S.E.

Powers

Ability to control the Halo of Nitukhir naturally, which includes:

• Summoning additional arms, from a minimum of 4, to a maximum of 100.
• Wielding each individual arm summoned as though it were one of his own.
• Mystically able to know exactly which arm wields which additional ability (they each have small icons on the underside of their wrists which identify them from one another as well).
• Relocating the disc from its default position (limited to 1 meter away) to allow him to sleep.

Other abilities:

• Highly trained martial artist. Has mastered 5 styles.
• Capable of using his reserves of Ki energy to provide him with very short term precognition abilities, which he uses to enhance his fighting prowess.
• Songkran can project this Ki from his body in extremely short distances (up to a maximum of five inches from his body), which can damage the nervous system and spiritual body of an opponent, which if used correctly can utterly paralyze his enemy. His durability has been enhanced to allow him to wield the Halo unhindered, though he still is fairly fragile in comparison to some other empowered characters.

Calm, collected and very patient, Songkran can surprise most people with how utterly competitive he is at heart. He has a quick wit, but chooses to avoid having a sharp tongue, as he has no love of making enemies of others without purpose.
