Serving as a dedicated blacksmith for both the Heroes and Agents of R.I.S.E. as well as select individuals across the globe that earn her trust in wielding her creations, Thallira is a hero who often sees little personal experience in the field. She is most often kept occupied by plying her skills in a forge, wielding the hammer with which her trademark name arose from, to create a vast array of enhanced weapons, armors, tools and trinkets. She discovered the artifact at the age of seventeen, and was unaware of the item's true significance until she made a toy wooden pony for her younger sister, which seemed to come to life upon completion thanks to her using the hammer to construct it and her wishes to have been able to give her sister a real pony instead. While the creation was simply an automaton, it was quite apparent that her hammer was no ordinary tool, and she immediately began her career as a smith, having traveled directly to the R.I.S.E. headquarters personally to show her ability in person while simultaneously seeking someone to apprentice under. Through this display, she acquired mentorship from multiple individuals who provided gear to the agents of R.I.S.E. in order to diversify her capabilities.

Thallira is capable of channeling pure creative concepts from her mind's eye through the use of her Ley artifact. If a hammer is in any way involved in the creation of an object, Thallira is capable of infusing the created item with just about any form of effect she can imagine as long as it doesn't border on total absurdity. This makes her capable of arming other heroes and members of R.I.S.E. with gear that is a cut above the standard fare that is personalized to the individual as well as unable to make use of its special gifts when wielded by someone other than the intended owner. She unfortunately discovered the danger of not binding her creations to those she created them for more than a few years into her service with R.I.S.E., and now with the strange surge of anti-R.I.S.E. activity across Erlyse, there is clamor for a team to be constructed in order to hunt down and reclaim those that are not bound to prevent them from falling into the wrong hands.
