  +1 more information in the notifications. Even things like having notifications of replies to comments you've left on other worlds saying 'reply' instead of 'comment' & the worldname would be helpful - I was very confused by notifications about some articles that *looked* like my article names but I didn't recognise, until I realised they were replies to my comments on other worlds! :D

  100% yes! I have actually run into issues with not being able to do just this. One of my worlds is a linear story told through each article. It has a reading order. Some who follow me, and are behind on that story, might be a bit confused if I post from a different world. So far, I've needed to add messages to the notification and it would be so much easier for both the author and the reader to know at a glance.

  This would also help in cases where a world has coauthors. I have been confused in the past with unfamiliar names in my notifications due to this.
