Haruspex Station

Haruspex Station is a remote space station located in the Falconsky heliosphere whose visitors compose the upper echelons of organized crime in the Hundred Suns. The station’s controller is an augmented human called Menses-3 who is equipped with extensive neural zeotech implants that allow them to process and optimize the complex web of transactions carried out on Haruspex.

After assessing factors like reputation, risk, and past history, Menses-3 connects black market buyers and sellers, such as pirates and weapons dealers, assassins and corporate fixers, or black market technologists and augmented enforcers. Haruspex currently boasts a customer satisfaction rate of 91%.

Over the years, Menses-3 has collected or stolen a small force of cutting-edge zeoform prototypes and a crew of well-paid veteran pilots, which serve as the station’s militia. Paired with Menses-3’s formidable automated defenses, these zeo pilots are tasked with foiling attempts at heists or double-crosses, as well as preventing any vendettas from disrupting business.

Some criminals believe Menses-3 manages all the station’s transactions to subtly benefit their favored factions, ensuring that whenever conflict breaks out between crime syndicates, Menses-3’s chosen allies will have the advantage.
