Ul Instalations
At the beginning of the season of spring, the Drowned Lady forms these obelisks from the earth and uses them to control the rains throughout the season. Surrounding these Uls are moderate livable lands within the torrents of a cosmic rainstorm. They float about the cosmic tree, controlling the waters. When the season is over, these Uls either crash on continental leaves or fall back to the base of the tree. Those who approach them be warned, they carry the power of the Drowned Lady.
History
There are two known Uls on the Veritian Leaf. One was at Val'ul, but it was used to summon the dragon Resentment from Uz, and to fix that foolish planar activity, a group of adventurers gave the Ul and the surrounding city to the Hahlian Law Tid Navarande. The region is now an expanding sea called the Ulian Sea, as the forced removal of the Ul caused it to expel its reservoir of Spring's power. The second Ul is at Tel'ul, a poor dwarven mining town.
