Chieftain

Each clan has their own Chieftain. The Chieftain is responsible for the well being, and leading the clan. Before Unification, the Chieftain's were independent of each other and often lead their clan in battles against other clans. After Unification, the Chieftain's now work together for the good of all Kobolds and Nilrodhi. They report directly to Grand Chieftain Nork Blackfoot, but they are still responsible for managing their own clans and promoting the unification.

Displays ability to lead and manage
Wisdom that comes with age

Appointment

Is picked by the current Chieftain among a group of candidates selected by clan elders

Duties

Oversee's the well being of clan territory
Ensure's Kobold from other clans are welcomed into clan territory without any aggression.
Leads clan warriors for security of villages within clan territory
