Personal history
Ketz was voted to the position of Chieftain of the The Blackfoot Clan by the clan elders under the recommendation of Grand Chieftain Nork Blackfoot . Nork had recommended him for the position citing years of working along beside him and seeing him in and out of stressful situations. With Nork's backing, Ketz was voted in unanimously by the elders.
Ketz was was a good hearted person, but has a temper that have most thinking otherwise. He is known to be very straight forward and humorless but this is merely his leadership personality. He has the rare ability to separate personal feelings from business feelings. Any punishments or rewards he hands down at usually the same regardless of who it is. He doesn't have many friends because of this. Friend, Foe, or stranger; you will receive the same professional treatment from Ketz. He doesn't give special treatment and has the reputation of handing down precise, unwavering judgement.
Behind closed doors and among his few friends, Ketz is quite the prankster. He enjoys playing tricks on his friends by either putting a small, very mildly venomous, scorpion into their mugs. Once they take a drink, the scorpion will sting the drinker causing their lips to swell. The sting was barely painful and the swelling usually subsided after an hour. This was Ketz signature prank, one that he used often and that his friends were now more than aware of. Occasionally this side of him slipped out into his professional personality. When giving speeches, if he finds them particularly boring, he will see who is paying attention by just randomly talking about another subject mid-sentence. Just to see if anyone reacts. If no one reacts, he will call the meeting or the speech to a close and dismiss everyone. Despite having this very rigid professional personality, he doesn't really enjoy forcing people to sit and listen to him speak.

Good hearted and very firm on his rulings. If you break a law in the clan territory, you can expect Ketz to give you punishment by "the book" nothing more and nothing less.

When out in public, he keeps a very rigid posture and walks with pride. In public, he will keep a very neutral facial expression and will speak without emotion and with exactness.
