The Bronzefoot Clan
The Bronzefoot Clan was founded by Chieftain Sott Bronzefoot in year -91BU when The Blackfoot Clan split after the murder of Chieftain Yiltzak Blackfoot. The Bronzefoot Clan was largely made up of member who wanted to seek revenge against The Bitter Dagger Clan for the murder of Chieftain Yiltzak Blackfoot. There were a small number who chose to side with the Bronzefoot just out of convenience.
The Bronzefoot clan did not have any ill will towards the Blackfoots. In fact, they remained close allies throughout the entirety of the conflict. These two clans were the only clans in Nilrodhi that were able to travel freely in each others territory. It is probably better to consider the Bronzefoots as the Blackfoots military force, but they were a separate clan entirely.
The main focus of the Bronzefoot clan was war. They lived, breathed, and trained for it their entire lives growing up. There wasn't any focus on education or significant advancements, they were warriors through and through. They celebrated victories on the battlefield and improvements made to weapons and armor. Their food was plain and without frills, it was basic and bland. Their food mostly consisted of grubs, insects, and meat from the wild animals in their territory. There weren't any dedicated hunters, everyone was a warrior first. When they were not raiding, they were preparing for a raid.
It is very difficult to find any Bronzefoot clan member who doesn't have some kind of scar or injury from battle. The scars are seen as a badge of honor, proof that you faced the enemy head on and slayed him to return home. They wear their scars with honor and pride. They are not known as the smartest in Nilrodhi, but they are known as the most fierce, intense, warrior the Kobold have ever seen.
They believed that the Chieftain should personally lead all charges when going into battle. They believe that if the Chieftain wasn't willing to risk death, then the fight isn't worth fighting. This was implemented by Chieftain Sott Bronzefoot when the clan was first formed. He did not believe that any Chieftain should be able to force another to risk their life when he isn't willing to risk his on. This caused the Bronzefoots to lose a lot of Chieftain's in battle, but to die in battle was seen as the greatest honor.
The Bronzefoots main focus throughout the conflict was The Bitter Dagger Clan. They were their one and only enemy. They did raid The Swift Claw Clan a couple of times and Fozki once, but they raided The Bitter Dagger Clan as often as possible. They would take the daggers and banners of the fallen Bitter Daggers as trophies.
The Bronzefoots were Grand Chieftain Nork Blackfoot's biggest concern during unification.
