Azrak as a child always looked up to his father as Captain of the Defense Force, always amazed at how he was able to coordinate those around him and how much admiration and respect everyone gave him. His mother taught him everything he should know in life, although Azrak was never very book smart, and he helped out in his mother's bakery when he wasn't out playing pretend with his friends.
As he got older he developed a love for theatre and music, adoring how much attention and love the actors and musicians received from their fans and audience. He started using his allowance from bakery work to go to shows, and went down to the local tavern to watch musicians there when he had no money. He started to look into art of acting and musicianship, saving up enough money to buy a recorder and started using them to attract people to the bakery so he could make more money.
After 2 years in the Defense Force, which his father says all proud Bronzefoots should join, he discovered a way to combine all the skills he had learned in life. The Gladiatorial Arena. He found Vaknar Bronzefoot, a trainer who saw potential in him to not only win fights, but win over the crowd. After many close calls in the beginning, he developed a professional relationship with Rexana Lost Tooth, a local medicine woman who he nicknamed "Pokey" due to her love of needles. He met his soon to be fiancé Yuni Blackfoot, a dancer at the local tavern and a year later had their daughter Raynia.
Tragedy struck soon after. As Azrak's fame and skill in the arena grew, he was pitted against the local champion and defeated him. The champion's trainer Drakhon Bronzefoot in retaliation murdered Azrak's fiancé. His daughter Raynia now lives at the bakery. Azrak now has two personas - one that seeks to be the most famous gladiator fighter ever, and the one behind the mask - a caring father that likes baking treats and is trying to earn money for his daughter to give her the best life he can.
