Igge Bronzefoot took over as Chieftain for The Bronzefoot Clan after Muro Bronzefoot was killed during a raid.
Igge spent most of his time as Chieftain rebuilding the clan's forces after they suffered heavy losses. He increased training and hired more veterans to create more training camps around Kidhale. He had blacksmiths work on creating scimitars and short swords as well as more of the angled armor. He was well aware of the poisonous weapons of The Bitter Dagger Clan and had training focused more on being able to dodge attacks. While he was training up his force, he sent a couple of scouting teams into Bitter Dagger territory to look for good targets. When they returned, they informed him that the Bitter Daggers had setup a new village in the northern part of their territory. They drew the location of the new village on their maps. With this news, Igge began to formulate a battle plan to raid the new village.
Once his forces had completed training and were equipped with new weapons and armor, he set out for the new village. They followed the northern coast line until they saw Vonrepreg in the distance. They made camp by one of the cliffs and observed the new village. The next morning, Igge gathered his forces and led a early raid on the village to catch everyone off guard.
The raid was very successful. The Bitter Daggers were not expecting them at all, and chaos erupted throughout the village. This allowed the Bronzefoots to secure food, ore, weapons, and a few samples of one of the poisons. Once they had secured the goods, they retreated back towards Kidhale. As they were crossing Untz River, forces from Pinnahear ambushed them. They were caught off guard and quickly found themselves scattered. Igge fought his way through a mob of Bitter Daggers to link back up with his forces. They still needed to cross the river to get to safety.
Igge took 10 warriors and dug in at the river crossing. They held off the assault of the Bitter Daggers while the rest of the raiding party crossed the river. Igge and his 10 warriors fought hard, tooth and nail. They were biting and clawing anything that got close enough. They managed to hold them off long enough for the others to escape before they became overrun. Igge and his 10 warriors died on the bank of Untz River in year -15BU.
