Structure

The Clones organize themselves instinctively by age and experience. They think so similarly that there are rarely any arguments and their natural instincts are sufficient to decide who is in charge. Clones are arranged in groups of eight, with one of the eight being a natural leader. Eight groups of eight send their leaders to confer with each other and receive orders, with one of those leaders being naturally in charge of the other seven leaders, and on it goes upwards until eight clone commanders are conferring with the

Culture

The SCC is the bulk of the Pan-Solar Consortium's ground infantry force. While human commando units operate against targets, the clones take and hold territory. Exemplars are gruff, blunt, and guileless, and their flagship organization reflects that absolutely. Individual Exemplars don't value their own lives over the mission, and dying in combat is considered a good death.

Public Agenda

The SCC is mostly a defensive force, manning strongholds and attacking threats to the Pan-Solar Consortium.

Assets

The SCC has one cloning facility for each planet, and one stronghold on each body around every human-controlled world. The cloning facility is the only outpost left on Mercury after Cozine-07 scoured the little planet clean of life.

History

The SCC was founded in the last days of the war. When Gideon Voss assaulted Cozine-07, Sebastian Frost saw the writing on the wall and instead of engaging the drone armies directly he built up the clone forces and, when the drones had been turned, restored order with the only intact military in the system. A few skirmishes with surviving rebel groups were all that was necessary to found the Pan-Solar Consortium.
