Grand Martial of Clones

Grand Martial is the oldest and most experienced Exemplar. It is a position that Exemplars are hard wired to take seriously, and they will not do anything to undermine the Grand Martial's position. This creates a boost for even mediocre Grand Martials, and there have been many, at least at the beginnings of their terms.

Valuable Member and Asset

The Grand Martial is the leader of the largest branch of the PSC military. He is also pod-trained in military strategy, tactics, and logistics, and basically nothing else. When it comes to strategic planning or military matters, the Grand Martial is often the ranking expert even among such august company as his fellow committee members. 

No Name

The Grand Martial, upon gaining the rank, doesn't use his previous name or callsign. He is now The Grand Martial, and will not be called anything else for as long as he lives.
