Structure
The Chairman is nominated by the other leaders but has little in the way of power and responsibilities other than bringing committee concerns and requests to the Speaker for Mankind and keeping the discussions moderately civil. Otherwise, the PSC MC is a 'committee of equals.'
Assets
The PSC MC is housed in Palladium Hall, a building in Copernicus on Luna. Hundreds of military functionaries and analysts unaligned with any specific military outfit process information streams and act as couriers, aggregators and think tanks to send up information and analysis up the ladder to eventually fall on the desks of the committee itself.
