The "Defenders of Mercury" is the term used to refer to all of the defenders of Mercury, including the Ground Force, better known as Penumbra and the Space Force at Caduceus. As a multinational task force, it answers to the Interplanetary Solar Defence Council and is commanded by Commodore Pallas Steradian.
