Following the death of its political and military figures with the destruction of the Senate, the People's Republic of Lordania have neither the resources nor the capability to maintain full control over its territory, which by now was largely contested by numerous planetary upheavals. With its leaders all backstabbing one another for control, the PRL swiftly collapses into numerous states and warlords, marking the beginning of the Interregnum.

The Lordanian Revolution begins to end
RevolutionBy 2280, the Lordanian Revolution was starting to come to a close. Every planet in the Lordanian Cluster had experienced some form of upheaval or revolution. The Unitarian forces on Nouveaulyon have surrendered to The Brotherhood, and Cinu has few Unitarian forces left. The remnants of the People's Republic of Lordania hold on to whatever they have, and defend it with violence and force in most cases, however, there are some notable exceptions.

Establishment of the Congress of the Cinuan People
FoundingThe last PRL forces on Cinu formally surrendered to the various resistance forces on the planet in 2280. In response to the liberation of their world, the Cinuan people established an emergency congress to oversee the restructuring of their political institutions and rebuilding efforts.
