The Masked One
One of the Four Architects of Halika- the Gods from which all magic stems. Their goals are mysterious.
The Masked One largely avoided interacting with state or religious institutions and revealed themselves only to a few chosen individuals. They are the only Architect to remain partially present in Halika, though: whenever a Ghost is made, an apparition of the Masked One appears to signal their judgement.
