The Council of High Hill

History

The Council of High Hill was officially formed when ser Allon Stormborn's Caravan reached High Hill in October of 454KS, though in practice it had been functioning since at least the caravan's departure from Southbay seven months prior, possibly even since the plans for the project almost a decade before that.

In January of 455KS ser Allon captured the town of Drifoote, prompting many of the council's members and logistics to be moved to the town to make full use of the more established economy while waiting for various projects in the restoration of High Hill Castle to be completed.
