History

The Revolution of 441KS

In the opening weeks of the revolution Royalist Forces siezed control of The Pass. House Wayn sided with the Royalists along with House Upcliffe of Northwatch and House Rok of Southwatch, killing or imprisoning members of House Slynt of North Keep, House Costayne of South Keep and House Phyrefenn of Eastgate and garissoning those castles against the revolutionary forces marching South under ser Astris Conklyn.
When the revolutionary forces arrived at The Pass they assaulted North and South Keep, killing most of the occupying Royalists in the storming of the walls, and putting more to the sword for their refusal to join House Skanler in rising against the crown.
House Wayn was wiped out to a man in the fighting. Their compatriots both House Rok and House Upcliffe were much reduced and had their heirs taken to ward by House Skanler, House Peake of Two Points and House Greydall of The Peak.
