This article covers me, the writer of these articles, and thus will be somewhat strange in nature. I can hardly write about myself with any level of historical distance, though I will one day be a historical figure alongside many of those I write articles about.
That aside, I am Cordelia Colbreak Evenbrook, the future queen of the Kingdom of Crathlia. My betrothed, Victor Whitewave Alderley, is the Hereditary Crown Prince, and as the most powerful young woman close to his age, I will be his wife.
I intend to rule Crathlia justly and fairly, as much as in my power.
Personal History
Family
I was born on the 16th of Anegal, 1295, to Dissipator Alistair Colbreak Evenbrook and Ophelia Evenbrook Colbreak, Duchess of Evenbrook. I was their first child, with my brother Gabriel following four years later. I scored 148.98 on my tenth birthday, but retested on my eleventh birthday for a final score of 153.05. For two years we waited for the youngest prince's final score, which did turn out to be higher than his older sister's. Thus Prince Victor and I were betrothed on Harvest of 1309 alongside its convergence ceremony. We have been engaged ever since, and I have thus acted in ceremony and duties as the Chosen Crown Princess of Crathlia. Our wedding is set for a year hence, during the month of Bridgal (as is tradition for an heir to the throne), 1316.Education
I graduated from Everdon Academy in 1313 and am currently working on my final thesis for my advanced history degree. As you can probably guess, I have a deep love of history and have always excelled in those classes. I also enjoy reading literature, albeit not analyzing it.Social
Contacts and Relations
My closest connections are through my own family through the Dissipators and through the Alderley Clan, my future husband's family. The heir to the Duchy of Waterguard Dairine Rosmors Waterguard, Victor's brother's betrothed, connects me to the Waterguard Clan as well.Family Ties
My family, particularly my immediate family (including my uncle and his immediate family), is easily the most important thing in my life. The Colbreak Clan was decimated by the Great War and now only consists of three immediate families. I am very close to my first cousins Cathleen and Marcus Whitewave Colbreak, and reasonably close to the Imbrus Colbreaks. The Evenbrook Clan was also targeted during the Great War and similarly reduced. As Alden Imbrus Colbreak and Quinn Nymphaeus Evenbrook are close friends at Everdon, I am about equally close to the two families.Relationships
