Crathlian Creationism

Crathlian Creationism is the official religion of the Kingdom of Crathlia, which has evolved from the version of Creationism brought to Crathlia by the aignaoithe during the colonization. Broadly, our version emphasizes the veneration of Saints more than Aignaoi Creationism, though the official version of the religion shares the same list of Saints as Aignaoi Creationism (i.e., all shapeshifters, no humans; however some sects, which are now considered heretical, pray to human Saints).   This article is currently incomplete pending a deep dive into the history of the worship of the Creator in Crathlia from the colonial period to the current political prominence (and ubiquity) of the official version of the religion, but I suppose it's fine to publish it before it's complete so that non-Crathlian readers can have a better idea of what I'm talking about (if non-Crathlians are even reading this site?). I really need to do the research for this one...

Divine Origins

The aignaoithe brought their religion to Crathlia during the Colonial Era. It was brought by the colonizing shapeshifters; all the humans raised in the compounds were taught of the Creator and His gifts to His children. By the end of the 600-year Colonial Era, the other religions that existed prior to the colonization were mostly wiped out. Although some people attempted to revive these religions after the shapeshifters were driven out, they never gained as large a following as that of the Creator.

Worship

It is encouraged by many modern Crathlian teachers of the faith to keep a separate journal with meditations and thoughts about passages read. Creating drawings, songs, poems, etc. inspired by the Creator's words are considered the mark of devotion, since the truest form of worship is to respond to His gift of creativity.
