Kaeoi

Kaeoi is a town on the Southern East coast of Genx, Malnax.

The town grew up around Academia of Apprentices Grandiose. There are many cats and kittens that live in the Academy.

A large monument to Sehanine Moonbow stands by sea. It is the site of a magical disaster that happen in the night 1298AG, that wreaked total devastation.

Owner: Vivianne Mujtorry - Female Half-Elf 
- She is constantly adorned with exquisitely made clothing, often dyed in bright green and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colourful gems, and she hides her long sword under the counter. Her auburn hair is woren in high, curly mop - held by a scarf. She wears crescent shaped spectacles with a black brim.
BUILDING = In the main street near the town gate. The street outside is sheltered by trees to form a small courtyard including a koi pond. The tavern is a log cabin style, with a yellow tile roof and yellow door. A dog named Hanne serves as a mascot and greets customers. It contains a large open floor with pillars and a card table.

Owner = Juloni Mantilla - mized breed of Human-Dragonborn, female) - has Human skin (with medium sized breasts and wavy white hair) with Dragonborn scales around face and neck, as well as a tail with spikes along end.

Academia of Apprentices Grandiose

meaning = The Grandest Apprentice Academy
The Sorcerers Academy A grand building without a single corner - rounded edges. It is made of local stone, with artistly placed coral.
The Academy was built there, so students can study the unstable magical energy and flux created by the magical disaster.

Government

The mayor is Nicugin Shortneck - male Halfling about 50 years old - is an self-centered and mean-tempered person. He has messy long brown hair with whisps of grey through it. His eyes are hazel green, and of seem small as he gets annoyed easily.  

He listens only to the heads of "Academia of Apprentices Grandiose" (The Grandest Apprentice Academy).

Defences

The village is surrounded by simple wood and earth walls. 12 trained warriors serve in the village's defense, and a militia of 65 can be mustered in case of attack. 

The sheriff is Roilbret Winthrop - male Halfling (cousin of Nicugin the mayor). He is a serious person with a skill with a shortsword and a crossbow.
