Jorgan Badlands
The Jorgan Badlands are a region north of the Jakonian Peninsula, east of the Atland Foothills, and south of the Altamaha Lowlands. The Badlands are a region that is said to have been devastated by the first orc invasion from the north. Several nations formed in the wake of the collapse of the Nameless Empire existed in the area, only to be crushed into dust by the orcs. The orcs then stripped anything of life or value from the countryside, consuming everything in fire and bloodlust. Although the orcs were defeated and scattered, the damage to the local environment was irreversible, leaving it barren for centuries to come. Some of the peripheries have seen some life start to come back, but for the most part, the Badlands have remained barren and full of feuding orc clans, with only a handful of communities eking out an independent existence in the area.
