Ember McClain
Council Member Ember McClain runs a tight ship around the Winter Moon Pack, or she prefers to. She considers her word law and as a member of the Wolf Council, Ember believes Alpha Lucian McClain must comply with whatever she demands. She does not appreciate it when others look down on her and she expects everyone to follow the law to the letter, regardless of how it would affect them. Her orders are so strict that her mate, Council Member Kenny McClain lets her take charge whenever she desires, which means that she is nearly in charge all the time.
However, Ember is overly protective of her family, willing to defy Kenny's will to keep her safe. Her mental state might not be the safest when it comes to outsiders, but for her own family, Ember will resort to every slimy politician's deceptive ways to get what she wants. As a Council Member of the Wolf Council, Ember works hard to keep the structure of the pack intact and under a regimen. She tends to give out advice toward the Luna of the pack.
The councilwoman who stood before Kěith glared at him with a dark scowl. She snorted and looked away, toward the Howling Woods. Kěith frowned. He was used to such hatred. And it would only get worse the longer he stayed in the pack. Clearing her throat, the councilwoman returned her gaze back to Kěith.Kěith swallowed.Ember McClain: "You may be a guest, but I'll be keeping my eye on you."
Kěith Cheonsa: "Ma'am, with all due respect, I don't even understand why I am here. I would have been perfectly fine staying back in the empire without causing you any trouble."
She huffed.Ember McClain: "You're here. That's all that matters."
Mental
Personality
She is very self-centered when it comes to our things are run; usually, things have to go her way. She also prefers to see the pack following her rules, especially when Lucian McClain enforces it. Anyone who doesn't do as she commands is seen as lesser and she oftens finds ways to punish them. When not getting her way, she grows cold and doesn't talk to the person who refused to follow her way. This is how she guilt trips them into doing exactly as she asks. She also shows how anti-LGBT+ she is by constantly making remarks toward the LGBT+ couples in the pack. The only reason she doesn't do anything against the LGBT+ community is she doesn't want to deal with the backlash, but Ember tends to have a habit of remarking:Ember McClain: "Under no circumstances will any member of my family be a f**got. If they attempt to like the same sex, I'll personally see to it that they undergo treatment to correct their repulsive behaviors."
Trauma
When she was a pup, she witnessed her parents murdered by a group of vampires. She was then brutally raped and left for dead until she was found by a small family of shapeshifters, who took her in. For years, she traveled with them, until she reached 17-years-old and the family was attacked by rogues just outside the Howling Woods. If it weren't for Kenny patroling with a few Warriors, Ember might not have survived the attack and found her mate. Amazed by how brave Ember was, Kenny took her in and courted her for a few months until he claimed her as his mate and was expecting their first litter of pups. After being made Kenny's mate, Ember started to express her dislike toward the LGBT+ and what was permitted in the Winter Moon Pack. Ever since, she has fought to have LGBT+ rights revoked, calling it traumatizing to see it every day.Table of Contents
