Personal history
Valentina has been named a "Living Saint" of the Morninglord by Father Grigori Donavich, as of the 28th of First Moon, 735 ME. Whether she is worthy of this title or not remains to be seen. In addition to this, she is gaining traction as a "Blessed" among the people of Vallaki, most notably by Kereza Grejenko, whom she miraculously healed, and Kobal Barthos, who believes she is divinely protected by the Morninglord. Otherwise, there are a few dozen individuals who find her sermons more compelling, if not outright "followers."
Valentina has killed several people since coming to the County of Barovia, including:
- Gustav Durst, 27/1/735
- Kala Petrovna, 6/2/735
Social
Contacts & Relations
As one of the Heroes, Valentina is allies with Mina Barovonna, Soryn d'Nemishcata, and Übel Bachmann.
Family Ties
Valentina is a descendant of Peter "Pidlwick" Dilisnya, a famous Gnomish entertainer who disappeared almost 1000 years ago, and then strangely re-appeared several generations later, only to once more disappear. Her family, as directed by Peter, are dedicated to saving the County of Barovia by bringing back the light of the Morninglord. Some within her family — Valentina included — believe the key to this mission is saving Strahd von Zarovich himself, perhaps through ritual, or maybe the love of a good woman...
