Mistborn

"Mistborn" (AKA "Mistborne") is less a culture, and more a designation, found throughout the County of Barovia to describe those from beyond the Mists. Though the Mistborn may not share many cultural traits amongst themselves, their outsider status is clear for all natives to the County, making them a semi-cohesive group.
Many Mistborn descend, ultimately, from the fractured states of the old Zarossian kingdoms, though this is not necessarily true of all, or even most.
