Heroes of the Maelstrom
Renowned adventurers, the party have gained near continent wide fame after a series of heroic actions. They fly the only airborne ship of its kind, the mighty
Maelstrom. However, a recent defeat at the hands of
Lord Zoul have left our heroes in the
Dark Reality.
Members
- Luther (deceased): A former soldier of Boriss , Luther was a paladin of Pelor before making a dark deal with Lord Zoul to save his soldiers. Luther was killed by the party after letting Lord Zoul possess him.
- Czimor: A cleric of Pelor, Czimor was crucial in the party's earlier adventures and died heroically fighting a possessed Luther. After his resurrection, Czimor slowly drifted into madness and currently resides at the Sunstone in Frasnir.
- Karissa: A swashbuckling pirate, Karissa was a former captain of the Pirates of the Vast Sea before becoming an adventurer. Recently, the cheerful Karissa has undergone emotional turmoil with Drazeeros's betrayal, the discovery of her long lost mother, Lady Sariel, and Darius, the son of her Dark Reality Karissa.
- Shak Rah: A loyal Dragonborn warrior, Shak Rah was an integral part of the team before falling into madness like Czimor and Yoren.
- Yoren: A drug addicted illusionist, Yoren joined the party's early adventures before heroically dying to stop a possessed Luther. After his resurrection, Yoren slowly descened into madness and currently lives with Czimor at the Sunstone.
- Dario: A powerful sorcerer, Dario stopped the freeing of the Night Queen before joining our heroes. An advocate of disbanding The Order, Dario made an ominous deal with the mysterious One God to free many imprisoned mages.
- Ned: A deadly archer, Ned joined the heroes to spy on them for the Dawn Alliance but soon became friends with them.
- Garron: A fearsome lizardfolk barbarian, Garron once ruled a warring tribe before pledging his loyalty to the more powerful party. The lizardfolk feels the tug of two competing personalities: the blood thirsty spirit of his sword and the noble spirt of his helm.
- Teeka: a former marine biologist, Teeka discovered eldritch magic that joined his soul to the eldritch entity Nait'Ur. The Great Old One has warned Teeka of a coming disaster.

- The One God: the mysterious god and his church have became strange allies of Dario after he made a deal with an angel of the One God to save himself and many mages from the Order.
- Prime Minister Bradle Turen: A close friend of the heroes after they saved his life and Prime Minister Turen gave them the Maelstrom
- Shamil Perkis: Representative of Frasnir on the Dawn Alliance, Shamil was cleared of false charges of terrorism thanks to the party.
- Caram Nackle: Head priestess of Pelor at the Sunstone, Priestess Nackle looks over Czimor and Yoren, while training young Jason
- Archmage Womark: An early ally of the party that sought their help in ridding the Boriss monarchy of demonic corruption
- Morden Titanstone: A friend of Ned, Morden is the Strakelgar representative at the Dawn Alliance
- Silent College: Founded by Dario, Carric, and Gwenda, the Silent College is a resistance movement of mages against the The Order
- Sariel Nahalia: The Dawn Alliance representative for Valeryos, Lady Sariel is also the mother of Karissa.
- Zebedia: a dark elf warrior that helped the heroes save Valeryos. She was tasked by Lady Sariel to find the princess after the elven queen was killed by Kabar.
