Darius, Prince of Demons

In an alternative reality, the Dark Reality, Luther became host for the ancient demon, Lord Zoul, and defeated his companions. Zoul made Karissa his Dark Queen and they had a half-demon son named Darius. Trained in combat by the feared General, Darius has a flair for dramatics like his mother and possesses powerful demonic abilities courtesy of his father.
Darius along with dark Drazeeros were transported to Xorik to open the rift for Lord Zoul's forces to cross realities with the help of the rakshasa Kabar. The Maelstrom crew clashed with Darius a number of times and noted his similarities to Karissa. The half-demon assassin proved a nuisance as he taunted the heroes by attacking Czimor, Shak Rah, and Mook. He also disguised himself as Karissa to cause more mischief.
Finally, the party fell for his trap and gave Drazeeros powerful artifacts, Origin Gems, necessary to open the rift between realities. Darius attempted to stop the heroes from ending the ritual, and revealed his true form, a terrifying demonic being of shadow and fire. However, the heroes triumphed in closing the rift and killing the demon prince.
