Votha
Votha is a state in the country of Thenia. It shares a border with Kezig to the north and Keshea and Ghazeen to its east. It is a rocky, infertile country of huge mountain ranges; in fact, the Darkfalls mountain range makes up its entire eastern border. Despite its inhospitable land, Votha still sees a fairly big amount of tourism, as the long mountain ranges provide plenty of chances for recreational activities as well as several surprising mountain oases. Votha is led by the Vothic Court, a kritarchy-style government that heads all of its government branches.
Structure
Votha is headed by the Vothic Court, a group of judges that make all of the government decisions in Votha; it is a group of ten judges who serve lifetime terms. The tenth member is called the Principal Judge, who decides ties. (The Principal Judge is the longest-serving judge.) The other nine are split as follows:
The Elected Judges are three members that are elected directly by the people in elections.
The Hereditary Judges are three members that are supposedly descended directly from the original three judges of Votha.
The Internal Judges are three members that are voted on by both the Elected Judges and the Heriditary Judges. The criteria for these positions are known only to those two groups.

Votha has perhaps one of the most diverse countries when it comes to religion: 40% of Vothans are Ravkan, 30% are Voetian, 15% are Followers of the Seven Divine of the Seven Divine, and another 15% are members of the Cult of the Sacrificed.

Because of its rocky landscape, Votha has very little in terms of arable land. However, they are able to keep livestock. Votha also has access to numerous mines of precious stone, as well as quarries of a multitude of unique rock.
