Rasrathnii Islands
The Rasrathnii Islands are an archipelago in the Southeastern Region. There are many islands in this group, but they are not frequently visited by outsiders, as several of the Rasrathnii islands are inhabited by monsters, and tales are told of sailors being stranded and meeting their dooms here. On the largest island are found the Cyclopes, a race of gigantic one-eyed humanoids, who are known to consume any smaller beings they encounter. Other islands are home to man-eating horses, gigantic wind-birds, and other perils.
Geography
The Rasrathnii Islands can be divided into two smaller groupings by their locations, the Eastern Rasrathnii and Western Rasrathnii. The two groups are separated by the Rasrathnian Sea, a stretch of water a little over three hundred miles wide. This sea is known for its unusual wildlife, and is considered one of the most dangerous bodies of water in the Great Ring.
