The Elsewhere
Introduced in Chapter 26: Looming Threats in The Great Tree: Soft and Subtle Wind
As seen in
When all is taken, held to the rippled lake. Cherish what you have been able to keep, for which we know the fragility of what we have made. The polyphonic mind in which we breathed life into what mattered. What could we have done? What could I have done? Let all not be for insignificany. But, that mirror, when all else has failed, what do you do when the reflection blinks back?A quiet noise. Vibrate and warp the song we wrote. One for the lost that which we needed and shattered the skies. One for the stars to fade away, an evaporating of beauty left in the world. One for patients lost, seas left to roil. Taken by a mockery, warping the songs we breated life into. Our polyphonic resonance, quieter than the last. The weight of the lives we built, the bridge to crumble.I couldn't hold it. I needed them as much as they needed us. The tethered, our gifts to the song, forsaken in desperation. The least I could do, a new Hymn for them. My voice shaken and broken, the songtress I was not. A hoval, makeshift and incomplete. Fear for the spark, fear for the heart of it. Absolution antithetical to I.-The Lament of The Queen
History

In this plane are: the Original Fairies, Fae and Giants still at their full strength. Their sparks of divinity never having faded.
The Queen has done her best to create a world in which they can live happy lives, though they are broken pieces of reality, as she doesn't have the same capabilities that her fallen siblings had. For example, The Queen cannot create new matter, she had to take as much as she could from the S̷̥̺͆̆̽̎͝͠h̴̨̡͑͑̎͆͆́͆͆͝.̸͔͉̻̤͔͚̼̟͖͋̇̀́̏̍̚͝ȃ̵̗̹̘̯̓̇̉͒̾̀̋̈́̈͋͝͠ţ̶̥̬̦̙͇͖̳̲͎̮͒̂͆̓̓̋̿̀̏͐̉͜͝_̸̖̤̠̈́̅͊́̈́̽̈́́̏͆̈͘͠͠t̶̠̠̾̃͛ẹ̸̡̝͔̣̃̎͊͗̎̈͋̅͗̾r̵͍̘̐̓͒̍̓͊̃̒͂͒͂̈́̍̚e̵̛̟̦͋ḑ̶̠͕͇̱͉͕͌̏͋̊͌̔̃͝ͅ world as she escaped. While the plane is by no means small, it is not a universe. It has finite borders, with only one hidden tether to the S̷̥̺͆̆̽̎͝͠h̴̨̡͑͑̎͆͆́͆͆͝.̸͔͉̻̤͔͚̼̟͖͋̇̀́̏̍̚͝ȃ̵̗̹̘̯̓̇̉͒̾̀̋̈́̈͋͝͠ţ̶̥̬̦̙͇͖̳̲͎̮͒̂͆̓̓̋̿̀̏͐̉͜͝_̸̖̤̠̈́̅͊́̈́̽̈́́̏͆̈͘͠͠t̶̠̠̾̃͛ẹ̸̡̝͔̣̃̎͊͗̎̈͋̅͗̾r̵͍̘̐̓͒̍̓͊̃̒͂͒͂̈́̍̚e̵̛̟̦͋ḑ̶̠͕͇̱͉͕͌̏͋̊͌̔̃͝ͅ world that the Shadows have never found...yet.

This is such a cool bit of history. You didn't actually write much of it out and yet there is so much character and desperation in the Queen's portrayal and "The Elsewhere" is such a unique name for a Fae-Wild (which I presume is the essence of the Queen's domain)
hmmmm, I would consider it like a kind of Fae-Wyld, but without the intentional maliciousness. Any monsters or hazards that exist here, are vestiges of its creation. This realm responds viscerally to The Queen's mood as well as a few select members of the Children. This is planned to be expanded, though I might leave this as an introduction so to speak, and write out more under various categories of The Elsewhere. I am so happy you like it though! The Elsewhere is a literal sanctuary to The Queen and the Children. This place is elsewhere to The Great Tree, but not as far as one would assume :P
