Moosewood
Across the Great North Sea along the southern coast of the Frozen Wastes is a land of sparse short but dense trees and rolling hills. The summer days this far north are long with the nights around Midsummer’s Eve seeming to last only an eyeblink. The denizens of the forest - bears, squirrels, waterfowl, hares and the massive deer for whom the forest was named are industrious, gathering food for the depths of winter where only the barest peak of Anderi's light graces the horizon at high noon. While there is little of interest to civilized people, the Empire of Eldoria does maintain a small garrison in what is widely considered the worst posting in all of the Imperial Legion at Fort Starrin.
