Enora had a very standard Elynthi upbringing, and while she didn't necessarily buy into Nosferian being their lord and savior, she dutifully attended church and gamely participated in rituals in his name. Always curious about the world outside of the Merdenkal Peninsula, she always watched the vanishingly rare outsider with great interest. One day, an extremely misguided human priest arrived, looking to spread Anderi's light to the isolated (and surely misunderstood) Elynthi. Fortunately, Enora was the first to encounter him as he crossed into her village. Unfortunately, he would not be dissuaded from his mission. Having dared to enter Nosferian's domain bearing the symbol of a false god, the human was dealt with accordingly; sacrificed to the lord of suffering in a public display. Witnessing this strange, kind human meet this gruesome fate, snapped something in Enora's mind. She barely remembers anything beyond that day, sneaking out that night and digging a small medallion out of the ashes, being beset by dreams of another human, a man with golden hair and flowing white robes, urging her to take up his mantle, and leave Merdenkal and Nosferian behind.
