Kalvus
Under the control of the overarching Covenant of Man, the Kalvus is under the direct supervision of the Tech-Magi. It is an industrial holy world, and is one of the few planets in the galaxy that might resemble the domineering architecture of the empire pre-silence. However, it is dilapidated, and barely kept together by the Magi.
Massive swathes of the city-scape regularly crumble to the decay, while a distracted Magi seeks to dig deeper into the data vaults buried deep beneath the core, looking for some justification of the Covenant's mythos. Hive gangs roam the ruined parts of the city, spawned out of the vast inequality of wealth between the average denizen and the clergy of the Covenant.
