The United States Election of 2020 concludes, Ballot counting fully concludes on the 12th but a victory for the Democratic Nominee, President Hill. President Winters, the Republican Nominee failed to secure a victory from the older candidate and alleges election fraud.   Stories of fake Ballots begin rising, online outage bubbles while massive celebrations are held across America over Hill's Victory.

Masses of Winter Supporters from the 50 states all begin travelling to Washington for the 'Stop the Steal' Rally being held on January 6th. However unbeknownst to the FBI and DHS (Department of Homeland Security), about 15,000 armed potential shooters were in the crowd, about 567 of them are formally linked to a Right Wing Militia.    Most escape notice, some were even Law Enforcement Officers who used their position to conceal the wholesale transport of multiple firearms including recoilless rifles such as the RPG-7. Various bombs and other forms of explosives also centralised within Washington DC.    Only by January 5th did the FBI notify DHS of possible problems, DHS however failed to mobilise a good enough investigation.

The United States enters a period of Civil Reform, rapidly clamping down on National Security and the formation of the Cabal occurs. A Group of like minded Politicians and figure heads who agree that extreme measures must be taken to secure America's future.   While the Government begins it's first overhaul, a series of Republican Politicans are placed under a microscope while President Hill fires the upper echelons of the FBI and begins a large scale restaffing. Various Police commissions were gutted quite rapidly with new members being selected.   Hill also signed about 40 Executive Orders and canceled the majority of Winter Era Executive Orders however the administration made the decision to continue border policies.

The British Policy of Austerity started its run under Thatcher but now Austerity had been viewed as inefficient. While Austerity had successfully reduced social spending and the overall Budget burden of the UK, it had also seen the ever-increasing funding blackhole of the NHS, failing infrastructure, inefficient Governship and the rise of Political Extremes.    As such, Austerity will end, and Britain will purposefully overspend in certain sectors, Industries, Development, Technology and finally Trade Output. The Vision the British Labour Party had was to restore EU relations and defend sovereignty by reviving the Country's output and taking advantage of the Commonwealth and significantly boosting overall presence around the world, no longer will the UK just follow the US and focus on profits, the new priority is a success.   The Budget would be very bad in the beginning as profits are believed to be very bad for the Early Phase but the end result would be large returns in the latter half of the 2020s. British Business tax would be reworked to be proportional.   Small Businesses now only gave 10% of their overall earnings as taxes while Large businesses would give 50% but in return, CEO Homes would receive only a 5% tax rate and new Investing infrastructure would be developed to rapidly increase profits with a stagnant Tax rate, the hope is that British Business would eventually adapt and evolve around the 50% Tax Rate.   Core Industries such as Energy, Railways, Drug Production and Water would be completely renationalised over a long period with Price caps installed upon the energy Industry. Many Billions of pounds would be invested into Green energy, specifically Wind Farms in the Scottish Highlands and far larger Solar farms in redundant English Farmland.    Trade Tariffs with European Countries for the most part would plummet to boost trade with all neighbouring countries to fill gaps in British supply as well as give British Industry a chance to export to its most immediate allies and reverse the Steady decline of the Island.   The NHS had massive funding Cuts and then Budget redistribution, NHS would cover mostly fundamental treatments and build a wealth base for complicated procedures. Those who need complicated care would instead get support from their employers as a part of the Contract between Employee and Employer and also Employers were forbidden from firing individuals because they need care.   The overall shift had mixed reactions but proved successful and amending some of the issues that the UK was facing but further work was required to truly turn things around for the Isle.

President Hill has his government reach out to Brazil on talks to create the Anti-Monroe Initiative. This included offers to change Passport terms and allow easier and freer travel between the US and Brazil. Green energy Initiatives, Exchange of Green energy technologies and Guarantees of Liberty giving Brazil's Democracy insurance of protection, offer the Right Wing Government refused to hear or consider.   Only after Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva was elected into office, were the offers finally listened to and agreed to. However, this didn't change the position Brazil had in the Ukraine war. Russia expressed frustration however were largely unable to stop Brazil from agreeing to the Anti-Monroe Doctrine.

House and his growing list of allies across the US begin mass buyouts of shares on many US contractors. House control the prices he's selling things to the US and undersells essential components, compelling the State Department to not ask too many questions as House saves them billions over the years.   Lockheed Martin for instance drastically undersells F-35 models and other technologies to the US while upselling to other countries to cover the costs. By 2026, 70% of Contractors were in some way under House's control, making the US Government and military increasingly dependent on him and his Allies.

US & Ethiopia engage in reciprocal sanctions, with Ethiopia communicating with China and Russia to fill gaps potentially and US Diplomats talking with Ethiopia about renegotiating the terms in order to conduct the war most fairly as well as restore UN presence within the country.   The talks fail, and instead, Ethiopia continues talks with BRICs.

The EU communicates with the African Union and specifically Ethiopia with the hopes of creating new Trade deals, Investment Deals and support packages to restore order in the nation rather then sanctioning it like the US had done.   EU and AU officials met and negotiate the terms and struggle to come to agreements as Pan-Africanism causes obstructions in the talks. The UK joins the talks and manages to negotiate a working deal.   The EU-AU Support Deal is signed and agreed to. Ethiopia and neighbouring countries would get many millions of pounds and euros as well as direct support in building up the nations and defeating the need for conflict.

Supreme Court rules that the EPA doesn't have Authority to regulate existing Power Plants and invalidated the Clean Power Plan in the process. Basically, New plants built were more likely to be regulated than the ones that were built before the clean air act.   It was considered an unnecessary annoyance, as the EPA regulated existing plants via Pollution Reduction devices anyway. The Ruling emboldened Republican lawmakers, however, taking it as a victory.   Meanwhile The Cabal began developing designs and plots to deal with SCOTUS.

US & Argentina have been discussing how to restructure Debt and Economic reforms. President Winston Hill agreed to forgive Argentina's debt if they agreed to support and work with Brazil and provide economic support to neighbouring countries.    In return US Financial Resources would also be used to repair Argentina's financial system and strengthen its currency. The final agreement was to stay out of BRICs and instead support US trade in South America.    Argentina at last agreed on the 22nd of July. With new ways to make money, tons of US Debt forgiven, Argentina has been set on the right path to amend the Debt situation.

America under President Winston Hill's direction successfully gets the two South American nations, Columbia and Venezuela to cooperate on matters of trade, Security concerns and Policy Collaboration.   By 2023, February 16th, Brazil joins the effort and agrees to overlook the matter and ensure South American Stability is reached. Russia is forced to agree to the whole thing as their South American Allies step further away from them.

  A Lack of International Support and escalating Russian War machine has led to a total break in the Mykolaiv Lines as the Odesa region fully falls under the treads of the Russian War Machine, no matter how many losses Ukraine inflicts upon Russia, nothing seems to stall them, even incompetent leadership had failed to bring them down due to the sheer fact that Ukrainian fighters had been fighting endlessly since the War began and we running out of supplies and manpower.   The International Legion for instance near Pokrovka the 15th Company was entirely surrounded as Russians came at them from every direction. Eagle Battalion backup or Polish vanguard support could not reach them in time to cover their retreat with the rest of the Ukrainian forces backing out of Mykolaiv.   The City of Nova Odesa was bombed with 2 MOABs that flattened the city and was later crushed by the advance of T-72 Russian Columns as poorly armed Militants tried to hold them back. Russian Warships in the Black Sea launch several precision strikes and take out major Ukrainian Grain silos and food stores as well as various military assets.   Ukraine's defences aren't going to last much longer if the War continues like this. Casualties on both sides of the war were numbering in the many thousands and still counting.

Depiction^   Russian and Belarussian Forces advanced on the Capital City of Kyiv again and met heavy resistance from the Polish Vanguard, Eagle battalion, Ukrainian Armed Forced, Armed Militants and Russian Rebels, fighting raged through the streets for 8 hours as thousands of soldiers, men and women fought valiantly.    What Equipment the Ukrainians could get was used on the large advancing Russian Armoured Columns to great effect with heavily fortified streets and pillboxes keeping back entire companies of Russian men while snow fell.   Equipment on both sides failed to operate properly in the increasingly frigid conditions. Russia gained several portions of the city and broke through areas of the Exterior defence elements and inflicting heavy casualties.    Russian Forces also had the benefit of Air Superiority which they used to drop bombs and fly drones over the heads of Ukrainians. Several Apartment complexes came crashing down as large lines of Russian artillery shelled the city for hours after the Russian advance was paused.    Russians lost roughly 12,654 Troops and 133 Vehicles while the Ukrainians lost 10,553 Soldiers and 15,432 Civilians due to heavy shelling and bombing of the Ubran city center and the bombing of fleeing Ukrainian citizens who tried to get out of the way of the fighting, Russian command mistakenly labelled it as a Military convoy.

House buys out Neuralink in 2023, Elon Musk attempts to destroy the company but the board out votes him and House takes over by July. Neuralink was then invested in highly to generate the new Chips and designed to work along with cybernetics.    Entire new teams of scientists and engineers were brought on to start new projects. Oculus under House's Meta agreed to work on VR integration with the chips. Creating the concept of the VR bed, requiring brain chips to function.   Elon Musk petitioned the US Government to curb House's aggressive expansion but all attempts were ignored thanks to The Cabal.

DOJ Anti Trust division launches legal inquiries, hearings and more into House's slow devouring of growing chunks of US GDP by hostile takeovers and buyouts. However, deifying all literal expectations the DOJ compels Anti-Trust to drop all charges by 2026.   No further charges would be filed against the Supreme President House for the rest of the 21st Century. Historians believe that the Cabal's membership had infiltrated even the highest echelons of the DOJ enabling House's continued meteoric rise.   Though DOJ never again challenged House, outside factions still tried and failed thanks to the undemocratic protection surrounding the rising Dictator.
