Little is known of House, he known to be born during the fall of the soviet union in 1989 in New York City. He was a small time business man as a young adult under a different but unknown name. After the 2008 financial crisis he was ruined financially and spent two years homeless, suspiciously after the release of popular game, Fallout New Vegas. House completely reworked his entire identity around Mr. House from the game. If that didn't sound insane enough, he fashioned his entire fashion sense and mannerisms around the fictional character and at first failed to get back into business however he bought stock in Microsoft after taking a lone as well as various other companies and made huge returns after the successes with Windows 7 and some smart phones. Earning enough money to start up his business, House Industries and began production into robotics, managing to take up various often rejected scientists and engineers and gave them the means to make their products. For the next year or so he did large numbers of stock trading and produced various advancements in robotics enough to get deals with google. Pushing Robotics years ahead of it's time. He also bought stock in SpaceX and various other space companies and bought stock in various other successful projects that made Mr. House one of the fastest growing businessmen in America. However after the election of President Winter, House foresaw a period of rapid conflict and decline for America. Rather then letting this happen, during the presidency of Winter, House Industries got into weapons manufacturing, accelerating America's production of various weapons and assets, earning him connections in the government. During the long era of deregulation, House strategically influence Winter to deregulate some of the robotics and weapons industry. Allowing for more inhumane experiments and weaponry to be created, earning him even more money and powerful within the government. Emulating the control Mr. House had in the game, buying up various casinos in Las Vegas at a high price to increase his earnings, preparing to put large sums of money into 'Saving America, from it's self.' By the 2020 election, Mr. House put forwards 800,000 USD to President Hill, buying him significant sway over his policies and funded various independent, Corporate sponsored ads about President Winters, defaming him. By this time Mr. House also invested into the cybernetic market, putting his quickly growing wealth into it to hurry up creation and production, believing that Robotics and cybernetics are what the US needs to defeat it's enemies. Upon Winter's defeat, House attained legal rights for several PMC's and when the Jan 6. Riots occurred and succeeded, sent his PMC's to resecure the capitol and much of the city while the Feds forced Winter's to surrender his seat. For House's service he was allowed power within the NSA from where he worked the government and agencies creating the position of commissioner in the white house. Believing that WW3 is inevitable, House exerting ever growing authority from his position and helped the agencies asset total control of the country while also exerting his control over them. Using his Market and governmental power he dominated other companies. His delusion grew as he began to see himself as better then other humans, above their excesses. From 2020 to 2030 he became the most powerful man in America and then became the US President after assassinating his opponent, Elizabeth Gallows in 2030. Once President he disbanded his company and let the likes of Maxwell, Hotoka and Song overtake his former assets. Believing it more politically convenient to not directly own a company while being the president, even if he's a dictator. During WW3 he had the US fight on the side of the Axis, believing it to be too costly for America to fight their traditional enemies, and instead turned on it's traditional allies. Foreseeing the inevitable escalation to Nuclear war he used his vast power to create Phoenix Aurelia Ballistic defense system and had it installed in choice American cities that he believed more useful for a post nuclear holocaust America. Following the foot steps of Robert House from fall out, he'd shoot down the nukes and weapons aimed at valuable assets, able to secure the AI that'll handle the systems and improve America's growing robotic slave army. Once the SAS unleashed all of the worlds nukes, He had his ballistics system prioritize America and it's most important assets. Allowing the Neo Axis to burn in nuclear fire as their use to him has run out. In the aftermath of the war he spent much time in consolidating America's borders and developing new projects to prolong America's dominance while it's enemies recover from the nuclear holocaust. His fictional Identity fully realized, he began recreating the society that Robert House envisioned in the game with some mixed success though is ultimate pleased with his progress. Now at the age of 88, he has completely transferred his mind from organic body to a synthetic to live forever as America's most powerful man.Presidential Status
President House was never elected, His opponent Elizabeth Gallows of the Green party won an upset in the 2030 election and despite Losing, House used his Secret service connections and assassinated the President of the United States declaring himself President of the United States and declaring a state of emergency, suspending Presidential Elections indefinitely and banning Minor parties from partaking in elections as well as Imprisoning and executing all Minor party members that could be found. Since then he's ordered the deaths of Countless Americans in 'Counter terrorist' strikes, invaded sovereign nations like Britain and France, as well as Canada and Mexico. Has used nuclear weapons irresponsibility. Violated almost every standard, broken countless laws and even bombed American Wasteland Cities and used biological and chemical warfare. Even ordering the genocide of entire ethnicities and religions, such as Islam and Judaism. Also ordering inhuman human experimentation on US Citizens, expanding slavery in the US, engaging in fraud, tax evasion, and robbery through use of law enforcement. Assassination of Government officials, political enemies as well as various personal crimes involving physical assault, abuse and Murder. That barely covers is his endless crimes, demonstrating that calling House anything even remotely close to a true president a massive mislabeling and disservice to all Presidents. He is a Tyrant, A Fascist and a Dictator.Personality
Much like the fictional Robert House, Henry House is megalomaniacal, narcissistic, self absorbed maniac with an intelligence far to great for his own good with far too much power for his own good. He has styled entire identity and life after Robert House and has recreated his like on himself and even went so far as to change elements of his appearance to fit better with Robert. To say he's a bit unstable and got a few loose screws is a serious understatement. Rather then See that Robert house is a critique on corporatists utopia's and the men it takes to lead them. He sees Robert as a visionary and has somewhat made the worlds demise a self fulfilling prophecy which only reinforces his delusions and derangement even further. He is not stupid however and has expertly manipulated the worlds desperate situation to his benefit. Believing that Democracy is nothing but a failure, projecting fallout's pre war America onto the modern one and coming to a similar conclusion. Styling himself a s a Autocrat, he's created a insane, Orwellian frankensteinian monster known as Neo Democracy. Developing it so it may twist the US and it's legal system to his purposes to fit his dream. There is one huge difference between Henry and Robert however, Henry believes Robert to of gone wrong when he let people do whatever they want however they want. Believing it invited anarchy and chaps into an otherwise model society. He allows for the illusion of choice and freedom while also making sure no real choice or freedom is really an option. He's fine with you gambling your life away, he's just not fine with you trying to change things with your revolutionary ideas. House is not paranoid however and is extremely calculating, in ensuring that everyone around him has maximum incentive to work for him and when that incentive is taking away or no longer viable, makes sure there is ample means to deal with them. He is also very, very respectful of rules. believing that society must and should have rules. Almost to a compulsive obsession, everything and everyone must follow a set of rules and if they violate those rules they must be punished severely or outright killed.Fashion
House likes to wear form fitting black and white suits with a red tie and a red bloom. He has US flag lapel pin on his collar and always keeps his hair short and styled with a fade on either side of his head. Other then that he always makes sure that whatever he is wearing fits the same slick and orderly appearance. Sometimes he might wear a Red bowtie or ascot tie but never anything else. His outfits must fit perfectly and not one thing can be out of order or he'll be dissatisfied.Ideology
The Founder of Neo Democracy, House is a totalitarian but one with restraints. He very much believes in the Chinese philosophy of faces. Very concerned with the appearance of the ideology. Neo Democracy is named that way because it is a fascist system that masquerades as a Democracy and does so by redefining what democracy is and what means to be Democratic or Anti Democratic. Taking huge inspiration from Orwell, House is using it as a guide to create a self perpetuating autocratic system that disarms it's dissenters but he's aware of the up and coming challenges against the system. Working on new technologies to get better control of people's minds and lives and develop new means to spread his ideology and assert control over more people. As for why? He sees himself as the one true saviour of humanity and in order for Humanity to be saved, it's worst excesses must be 'surgically removed'. Despite being a out-of-control megalomaniacal Fascist Dictator, House is wildly popular in politics, with polling giving him a 78% approval rating but sometimes rises to 80% every year, he has had a cult of personality since President Winter's Presidency and has been celebrated as America's saviour by many. He hold regular shows and outtings as well as rallies and interviews with a lot of media stunts as a quirky and relatable president. To the rich he is their best asset, being a businessman he super empowered companies and even though he's also shackled the companies and some are working to undo this. He is still extremely popular to everyone in the companies mostly out of cultish brainwashing and worship of the government. Even to conservative fascists, he is well received for his relegalization of Slavery, the supersizing of states and the restoration of 'Dixie' and allowing the rise of open New Confederate presentation. Manipulating literally billions of people, The House always says 'The House always wins'. The Insane mimickery of a fictional character has created America's super star. People always want to know what the President is saying because he is the President.
