With John Abrams as President, Supreme President Henry House had unrestricted access to the US Government through his connections and was able to continue removing problematic figures and fill more positions of power through his key alley Vice President Cain Wilson who was a Cabal Plant and took over the majority of duties for Abrams.   Growing the Cabals power and further subverting organisations like the DOJ bending it more and more to the will of House. The Pentagon was also entirely restaffed with House Loyalists. The CIA was also replaced with House Loyalists with changes occurring to most major alphabet agencies in secret.   Journalists found it harder and harder to get facts out of the white house and more and more programmes fell so far under the radar, even John, the President himself didn't know.
