Rather then focusing only on new factories 77% of existing factories were expanded and nationalisation of various fundamental resource production was well under way giving the Government greater and greater control over their nation.
The EPA would be super-empowered over the years to oversee the use of Nuclear and Solar Power as a preference as opposed to the aging and increasingly inefficient Fossil Fuels. Red States failed to properly implement the fact causing further slow down in states still under Republican Management but this number declined as the Power of

Eventually, Major states like Texas and Georgia were going along with the plans but had to go over the dead line of 2028 to finish all projects.
Awakening the giant while also massively posting the infrastructure of the United States, rapidly increased the GDP gains and Output the country was capable of. Becoming more and more powerful on the world Stage.
