America at this point has vast stretches of land that is wholly unclaimed and in a state of complete ruin. In order to ensure these areas don't fall too far outside of the Nation's control, Henry House allows companies to buy sections of this land for Economic reasons.
  The First Zones mostly take over old centres of industries, such as Steel Mills in Pittsburgh or large railways stretching across the States, enabling companies to develop and maintain these pieces of Infrastructure.
  It would also grow Corporate Power as Corporate PMCs were written blank cheques to do whatever they had to ensure the security of Corporate Property, this was often brutality and violence against struggling locals trying to survive.
