Henry House joins the Federal Beauru of Investigations, Using Allies to start building himself up within the intelligence committee, the Cabal begins seeding itself throughout the Intelligence Community, the CIA remains largely uninfiltrated for now.    Henry House also puts his money into the DNC, readying his resources to begin changing the Democratic party from within.
