P'Ache Prime Command

Background

Within the Peacekeeper Territories, there are four star systems with twenty planets, each with different native species, geographic needs and cultural norms. Managing such a large variety of people as a single entity was quickly identified as inefficient by Peacekeeper Alliance.
So, each star system was given its own Command, a protectorate of sorts. Within these system commands, each planet also has its own Command to represent its own interests.

Structure

P'Ache Prime Command is one of the four planetary commands which reports into P'Ache Command, which in turn reports to Command Logistics.
Within P'Ache Prime Command, there are representatives from each of the 8 major cities on P'Ache Prime. Each city provides a single representative, with the exception of Upper Prime, Capital City of P'Ache Prime, which provides two to ensure an odd number or members for breaking any ties.
Beneath these representatives are departments that are responsible for:

• Law and Order
• Infrastructure
• Planning and Building
• Education
• Health and Hygiene
• Emergency Planning
• Non-Essential Activies

Culture

P'Ache Prime Command sticks by its motto of 'Forever Prime' and is very proud of its heritage. They have a condescension which other groups find arrogant. They expect others to meet their standard and are only open to change if they suggest it.
